Only if you want one. Managed sending is the default — we run the email infrastructure for you and you buy sending credits in packs (sold close to cost). Prefer to bring your own Amazon SES? BYOS mode is fully supported; we'll walk you through the 20-minute setup. Switch between the two anytime per brand.
Every send — managed or BYOS — goes through Amazon SES with per-sender domain authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) enforced before a single email leaves. In managed mode, each customer runs in an isolated SES tenant with its own configuration set, so reputation stays scoped to you, not pooled with strangers. RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe, List-Unsubscribe headers, and bot-filtered open tracking are baked in.
Yes. CSV in, all fields preserved, tags mapped, unsubscribes honored, consent records kept. You can re-import as many times as you want — duplicates are merged on email. We also keep your old unsubscribe keys so existing one-click links keep working.
You take everything with you. CSV export of your full list, including custom fields, tags, send history, and unsubscribe keys. No "premium tier required to export." It's your data. You move it whenever you like.
